The services I offer as part of my specialist activity, include taking fingerprints from Hungarian
and foreign citizens - as their request - and issuing fingerprint cards.
Generally the condition of immigration, working in a foreign country,
and being granted a residence permit is a police certificate issued in the home country,
and every other country where the applicant spent 6 months or more, in the past 10 years.
The application for the police certificate has to be handed in to the body authorised for the issue in person to which the applicant is required
to enclose an authentic fingerprint card (not older than 3 months).
In Hungary, judicial experts of fingerprint are also entitled to issue authentic fingerprint cards.
The fingerprints can be taken - at a pre-agreed time - under the conditions of the countryof nationality
(e.g. some countries require fingerprints accompanied by a photograph,
in some Muslim countries women can only be pictured wearing a scarf over the head),
of which conditions the applicant may be informed at the local embassy of his/her country.
